Quality of Service
We aim to provide clients with consistently excellent advice of the highest quality. Any client not satisfied with our service or bill of costs should immediately notify their concerns to the person carrying out their work, and the partner responsible for the client work. A copy of our Complaints Policy is available to any client on request.
