We advise and assist both employers and employees on all matters of employment law.

This includes the formation and amendment of employment contracts, drafting and implementation of employee handbooks and employment policies, the management of disciplinary and grievance procedures, capability reviews, discrimination, dismissal and exit terms (including Protected Conversations, the negotiation of exit packages and settlement agreements), redundancy, restructuring and the enforceability of post termination restrictive covenants.

We conduct litigation in the Employment Tribunal and High Court.
